Sharing my experience. Last November I had a brand new air handler and hvac unit installed by a recommended contractor, but after installation I had multiple issues with the heat. During the winter constantly running in emergency heat. fast forward a few months during the summer, the a/c was constantly cutting out and the a/c was not cooling the house (brand new unit). The duct work was poorly attached to the air handler. I have attempted for months to get in touch with the person that installed the unit. He kept promising he would show up but it was one excuse after another. So i decided to throw in the towel and find a professional to get the job done. Thanks to Hoffman Heating and Air everything is fixed. After 10 months of dealing with hvac issues it feels great to come home from work and relax knowing the JOB was DONE RIGHT. I would recommend them for all your heating and air needs. Very professional and there when you need them!
These guys are fantastic. I will always choose to support a local business over a major chain and these guys proved why that is always the best approach. When I reached out to Jerrod with an AC failure on a 95 degree day, he made time for me that afternoon even though he was on the way to a personal appointment. He fixed the problem in less than half an hour and even came back the next day to check the performance of the rest of our AC units. The best part was the bill was more than fair considering the promptness and professionalism. I was very fortunate to have found this company!
